There are a few clones of Street Fighter II available for PC and DOS. Some are clones, others are remakes. As these are ports and remakes, they are not guaranteed to work on every system.
How to Play Street Fighter II
Players select from one of eight fighters from around the world, each with his or her own special combo moves, attacks, strengths, and weaknesses. Street Fighter II includes two characters from the original Capcom version, plus six new characters from around the world. In addition to the eight playable characters, there are four non-playable characters known as Grand Masters which players face in boss fights. In the single-player arcade mode, players select a fighter and, one-by-one, face off against every other character in the game. If the player defeats all other fighters they move on to the four Grand Master opponents.

Ryu: From Japan, Ryu is probably the most recognizable character from the Street Fighter series and is considered the lead character. Ryu has three special attacks: Shoryuken, and uppercut punch where Ryu lifts off ground; Hadouken, a ball of energy fired at the opponent; and Tatsumaki Senpukyaku, a flying spin kick.E. Honda: From Japan, E. Honda is a Japanese Sumo wrestler with six special attacks and combo moves, include punch and kick attacks.Blanka: From Brazil, Blanka is a mutant human with green skin, orange hair, and the ability to generate electricity. In Street Fighter II, he has four special attacks and combo moves.Guile: From the United States, Guile is a U.S. Air Force officer with six combo moves and two special moves: the sonic boom and somersault kick.Ken Masters - From the United States, Ken Masters is the former training partner of Ryu, and the two are considered rivals. He has six special attacks, including the Psycho Crusher, where he is engulfed in a blue flame and flies at the player, causing large amounts of damage.
